Training horses is in Neil's blood. He grew up learning from his father and grandfather, and worked with horses and cattle every day. By the time Neil was a teenager, he’d ridden more horses and more miles, than most people ride in their lifetime.
By the mid-1980s, he was travelling around the USA, Australia and New Zealand giving clinics and exhibitions—wowing crowds with his horse training ability.
Fast forward to 2011. Neil was growing more and more disgusted with the ever-increasing trend of chasing and terrifying horses in the name of training. So he sat down and started writing everything that horses had taught him over the past 50 years.
From its release in 2013, more than 8,000 copies of Neil’s book have been sold, to all corners of the globe.
In 2018, Neil continues to share his knowledge with the world and has expanded his teaching to videos and multimedia.
